Although the website is not very user friendly, it provides the necessary information for prospective clients.  However, none of the demo links worked to help potential customers get a feel for the work.  The site offers a wedding information sheet that can be filled out online, detailed package descriptions and an informative Frequently Asked Questions page.  They are a Christian, husband and wife team who have been in business since 1993 providing wedding videos.  They offer payment plan options for budget conscious clients and all balances are due a week prior to the wedding date.

The Pros is a larger company with multiple services including photographers, djs as well as videographers.  This lends to a more informal and impersonal relationship, but does allow for all in one packages.  Their website offers personal log ins for clients, package and pricing breakdowns, and an online form for checking availability.

Behind the Scenes offers a full day of coverage for each wedding they cover.  Their dvds are treated like real movies with introductory credits as well as an ending credits roll with names of the wedding guests.  They also offer a joint photography and videography package with a $400 discount on the video and a $200 discount on the photos.  There is also mention of a way to get a free video, be sure to ask about that.

Hallcom Video Productions has four video packages to choose from with conservative pricing even for those with a modest budget.  They also offer two payment plans.  The first plan requires payment in full with a 15% discount.  The second plan requires 1/3 of the payment up front, another 1/3 the day of the wedding and the final payment is due upon receipt of the video.  Samples of the company’s videography work is available on their site as well as a list of questions to ask  when interviewing videographers.

This company has been recording weddings since 1982 and their entire team has a degree in video production.  Rob Berry is the company owner and he has various degrees and awards for his video production work.  The company site has an online form to check availability and provides a resource of information for how to choose a videographer.

Three Ring Media provides unique wedding videos in a cinematic style to resemble an actual film.  There are quite a few examples on their site to give potential clients an idea of the type of work to expect.  They have been creating wedding films since 1998 and have 3 videographers or “storytellers” as they like to be called.  Ben Howe, Jeremy Doublestein, and Suzanne Doublestein work together to help run Three Ring Media.
